Official Contest Rules

Sponsor:
This contest is sponsored by Tiffany Daniel Studios, a boudoir photography studio located in Houston, Texas.

Contest Period:
The contest begins on October 8th, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on April 30th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

Eligibility:
The contest is open to women who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and willing to travel to Houston, Texas for the photoshoot. Employees of Tiffany Daniel Studios, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible.

How to Enter:
Entering is completely free, no purchase is required to join the giveaway. If you're selected as the winner, a purchase will be required to redeem the full boudoir experience and products included in the prize. The winner will receive a generous credit toward their session and products, with any additional upgrades being optional and at the winner’s expense. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

To enter, participants must submit their response to the following question:
"Why would you like to experience a boudoir photoshoot with Tiffany Daniel Studios?"
Entries must be submitted via [Facebook/Instagram post instructions, website entry form, or other method]. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person or entries submitted using multiple identities will result in immediate disqualification. Participants must complete their entry in its entirety and agree to the terms and conditions of working with the studio. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on the following factors:

• Creativity and originality of the answer.

• Emotional resonance or personal connection to the idea of a boudoir photoshoot.

• Thoughtfulness and clarity of the response.

The woman with the most thoughtful and creative answer, as determined by the judges at Tiffany Daniel Studios, will be selected as the winner. The judges' decision is final.

Prize Description:
The winner will receive:

– A guided boudoir session in one of our luxury studio spaces in Houston or surrounding areas

– 2 Outfit changes

– Access to glam accessories (jewelry, body pieces, etc.)

– Full posing and expression coaching from head to pointed toe

– A detailed Style Guide to help you prep, shop, and feel fully confident

– Personal Consultation—We’ll plan your session together to reflect your style and personality.

– Image reveal and personalized product design consultation within 1 week of your session

– $500 product credit

– $500 toward session fee, normally $695

Small note:Hair and makeup is included with collection purchases.

The prize has an approximate retail value of $1000. It is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be gifted. The photoshoot must be scheduled within 30 days of notification and will take place on a weekend, subject to the photographer’s availability. If the winner cannot attend on an available date, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected based on the creativity and thoughtfulness of their response. The winner will be notified by email and/or text message on or about April 30st, 2026. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize and schedule their session. If the winner fails to respond or schedule within 24 hours, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Verification:
The winner will be required to:

• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Sign a publicity usage form granting Tiffany Daniel Studios the right to use their name, likeness, and images from the photoshoot for promotional purposes without further compensation.

• Complete and submit any necessary tax forms if applicable.
  The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Tiffany Daniel Studios to use their name, likeness, and images from the photoshoot for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Liability Release:
By entering, participants release Tiffany Daniel Studios, its employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the contest or use of the prize. The sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, fraudulent activity, or any other issues beyond its control.

Additional Terms:
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. It is void where prohibited by law. Tiffany Daniel Studios reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.
