Tiffany Daniel Studios - Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Tiffany Daniel Studios offers luxury boudoir photography experiences designed to empower women through transformative portrait sessions. Hair, makeup, and wardrobe are offered with select sessions only. These are not included unless explicitly stated in the client’s package or invoice.

2. Age Requirement

Clients must be 21 years of age or older to participate in a boudoir session. No exceptions.

3. Session Fee & Payment Policies

  • A non-refundable session fee of $499 is required to reserve your session date. This does not include any images or products.

  • All products and images are purchased separately at your Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

  • A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees.

  • Payment plans are available prior to the session only. Payment plans are not available after the session.

4. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Show Policy

  • First reschedule with 30+ days notice is complimentary.

  • Rescheduling or canceling within 30 days incurs a $100 fee.

  • Rescheduling or canceling within 14 days incurs a $250 fee.

  • No-call/no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours incur a $500 fee.

  • Sessions must be completed within 12 months of the originally booked date. After this period, a new session fee and contract are required.

5. Refunds & Non-Transferable Payments

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds are provided for session fees, products, or payment plans.

  • Chargebacks or reversed payments will result in collections and/or legal action.

6. Reveal & Ordering Appointment

  • Your Reveal & Ordering Appointment generally takes place immediately after your session or within 14 days.

  • Failure to attend within 14 days results in your images being deleted without refund.

  • Only images purchased at this appointment are retained. All unpurchased images are permanently deleted immediately after.

  • Second Reveal & Ordering appointments are not offered.

7. Session Expectations

  • If the client is receiving hair and makeup, they must arrive with 100% dry hair and no makeup.

  • If the client is not receiving hair and makeup, they must arrive camera ready.

  • A $200 fee applies if the client arrives with wet hair, as it disrupts the studio schedule. Hair will not be styled or dried on-site in this case.

  • Color correction for spray tan or mismatched tones (such as face-to-body color differences or orange tint caused by spray tan) is not included in standard editing. If the client requests this correction, it is available at $30 per image.

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse certain props, outfits, poses, or session elements based on artistic discretion.

8. Product & Image Policies

  • No images are included with the session fee.

  • Products begin at $695 for a 3-image trifold.

  • Album designs, product selections, and image edits are finalized during the Reveal & Ordering appointment.

  • Once approved and paid, all sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or alterations.

9. Editing & Retouching

  • Standard retouching (skin smoothing, minor blemish removal) is included.

  • Extensive edits like body modification or color corrections (see Section 7) are available at $25–$30 per image, subject to photographer approval.

  • Unedited proofs and RAW files are never released or sold.

10. Copyright & Usage

  • Tiffany Daniel Studios retains full copyright ownership of all images.

  • Clients are granted personal-use rights for purchased images (printing, sharing with friends/family).

  • Proper credit must be given when sharing online: Tagging Tiffany Daniel Studios is required.

  • A separate Model Release form determines whether the studio can use the images for marketing or social media.

  • Selling images or submitting them to publications without written permission is prohibited and will result in legal action.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Client privacy is respected. No images will be shared without written consent via the Model Release form.

  • All client data, contracts, and files are confidential and not shared externally.

12. Liability & Release

  • Tiffany Daniel Studios and staff are not liable for any injuries, illness, or property damage occurring before, during, or after the session, including while on premises or in transit.

  • By participating in a session, the client releases Tiffany Daniel Studios and Tiffany Daniel Photography LLC from any liability for loss, damages, or injuries.

  • The client understands that boudoir sessions involve physical activity and voluntary posing, including varying levels of nudity at their own discretion.

13. Force Majeure

Tiffany Daniel Studios is not liable for failure to perform services due to events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, pandemics, accidents, transportation issues, or other uncontrollable events.

14. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session, paying a retainer, or signing a contract, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated in this Terms of Service.
